Privacy policy
Butterbase ("we", "us") makes operations software for small and artisan bakeries. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what the product needs to work, we don't sell your data, and your recipes are yours.
1. What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, bakery name), the operational data you put in (recipes, inventory, orders, invoices), and the usage data the product generates (sessions, device type, feature events). Payment card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.
2. How we use it
To run the product, keep it reliable, and improve it. We never sell personal data, and we never use your recipes or business data for anything other than serving them back to you and the people you share them with.
3. Your choices
Export or delete your data any time from your account settings, or write to hello@butterbase.app and we'll do it for you. Deleting your account removes your data from production systems within 30 days.
