Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Butterbase. The short version: be reasonable, your data stays yours, and you can leave whenever you like and take it with you.
1. Your account
You need an account to use Butterbase, and you're responsible for what happens under it. Keep your credentials to yourself, and tell us right away if you think someone else has them.
2. Your data
Everything you put into Butterbase — recipes, inventory, clients, invoices — stays yours. We host and process it solely to provide the service; you can export it or delete it whenever you choose.
3. Plans & billing
The Free plan is free forever. Pro is billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled anytime from your billing portal — your bakery drops back to Free and keeps its history.
4. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break or overload it, no reselling access. We may suspend accounts that put other bakeries' data or the service at risk.
